At Brand of Inspiration, every item is made to order with care and purpose. Because our products are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection — please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

We do accept claims for:

• Damaged or defective items
• Wrong item received
• Poor print quality

To submit a claim: Contact us at brandofinspiration@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Non-returnable items:

• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
• Items without proof of defect

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a replacement is issued, we cover the shipping.
